When configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after you allow the relevant category. Google may process consented measurement outside Hong Kong. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We do not send customer emails, photographs, payment proofs or private delivery links to these tags. Essential browser storage supports booking and site preferences. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off until you choose them. You can reject them without affecting your booking and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Preferences expire after 180 days. First-party analytics uses pseudonymous visitor/session IDs and campaign/referrer information; server analytics records are scheduled for deletion after 395 days. Declining analytics clears local analytics identifiers, but does not retrospectively delete past server records. We collect the contact, participant, booking, payment and delivery details needed to provide your session and operate the studio.我們只收集提供拍攝服務及影樓營運所需的聯絡、參與者、預約、付款及交付資料。

Direct-marketing consent is optional and off by default. You can book without accepting marketing.直接推廣同意屬自選並預設關閉；不同意接收推廣亦可正常預約。

If you choose the optional 5% marketing-permission discount, UNGEN Photography may use your name, email address and phone number to send information about UNGEN photography services, offers and events by email, phone or WhatsApp. This permission does not authorise us to provide your data to another organisation for its marketing.如你選擇推廣授權額外 5% 優惠，UNGEN Photography 可使用你的姓名、電郵地址及電話，以電郵、電話或 WhatsApp 發送 UNGEN 攝影服務、優惠及活動資訊。此授權不包括向其他機構提供你的資料作其推廣用途。

You may withdraw direct-marketing permission at any time, without charge, by emailing studio@ungenphotography.com. We will record the request and stop future direct marketing to the affected contact details.你可隨時電郵 studio@ungenphotography.com 免費撤回直接推廣同意；我們會記錄要求，並停止日後向相關聯絡資料發送直接推廣。

Permission to publish portraits is separate from the service terms and off by default. Refusing it does not affect the session. Children are never published without explicit guardian consent.作品公開授權與服務條款分開，並預設不勾選；不同意公開不影響拍攝。兒童相片必須另行取得監護人明確同意。

FPS proofs are stored privately and are available only to authorised studio operators for payment review.FPS 入數證明會以私人方式儲存，只供獲授權影樓營運人員核實付款。

We do not use generative AI to replace or regenerate a client’s face. Administrative automation may be used to operate bookings and records.我們不使用生成式 AI 取代或重造客人面貌；預約及紀錄營運可使用行政自動化。
